SFSTRA Becomes Statewide NMSTRA

The Santa Fe STRA is excited to announce that we will now be the New Mexico Short-Term Rental Association. As our organization has grown it’s become clear that regulations are not limited to Santa Fe City and County. We’ve learned from our past efforts that we are stronger in numbers and can accomplish more as a united front than individually.

All SFSTRA memberships will automatically transition to NMSTRA memberships on Wed. May 22nd. The NMSTRA is a 501c6 nonprofit organization, memberships will still be business tax-deductible and the same membership benefits will continue to be offered.
